Videophone Information Service
Overview
The language barrier is a problem that can stand in the way of an enjoyable visit to Japan.
In order to remove the language barriers at Narita Airport for visitors to Japan, we have installed displays with videophones at our airport information counters to provide assistance from multilingual operators.
