In the establishment and management of Narita International Airport, Narita International Airport Corporation (NAA) is entrusted with personal information from a large number of airport users and other personnel.

  • NAA shall provide training in the protection of personal information for its executives and employees. All executives and employees shall be provided with daily education and training to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information and are familiar with handling security so that they are aware of its importance and are able to handle that information correctly.
  • Frank, honest answers will be provided in response to questions from the individual concerning their personal information.
    NAA undertakes to respond promptly and frankly to any request by an individual for notification, disclosure, amendment, etc. relating to the purpose for which their personal information is being used.
