Applications are required for the use of Business Aviation Terminal.
Aircraft Operators- Please file your applications via companies operating ground handling services at Tokyo / Narita International Airport.
Companies Providing Ground Handling Services for General Aviation - Ground Handring Companies
- Companies operating services for the first time at this facility must sign an agreement with Narita International Airport Corporation (NAA)in advance.

2.Applicarion for use facilities Premier Gate reception desk
Please fill in the necessary details on the Business Jet Flight Information form and submit it by e-mail to the Premier Gate reception desk no later than 3 pm JST on the day before the desired date of use.

The Premier Gate reception desk will contact you when the application has been completed.
Customers may be asked to provide more details regarding their applications in the process.

Please fax the Private Jet Flight Information form used in the "2.Application For Use of Facilities" to CIQ agencies.
Please inquire at the Premier Gate reception desk concerning submit the forms.
Schedule change notification
Please notify the Premier Gate reception desk and CIQ as soon as possible if there are any changes to the date and time of use.
Please notify us of any time changes on the day of the flight by telephone at least 90 minutes before the scheduled time of use.
